OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 11, 2010, 19th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The County Clerk’s Office at 11:10 AM with Jim
Strafuss, and Danny Strahan present and Chuck Pennel absent. Donna Neeley, County
Clerk swore in Jim Strafuss as Temporary Presiding Commissioner.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
Commissioner Strafuss moved to accept the Worker’s Comp renewal premium for 2010
as presented by Tim Connell of Connell Insurance on 2/10/10. Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (absent), Strafuss (aye) and
Strahan (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
