OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 09, 2010, 17th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The County Clerkâs Office at 8:30AM with, Chuck
Pennel present and Jim Strafuss on teleconference. Danny Strahan was not present. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
HPRP MONTHLY REPORT
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the HPRP report for month ending January
2010. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
