OFFICIAL MINUTES
January 20, 2010, 9th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with,
Chuck Pennel present and Jim Strafuss, and Danny Strahan on teleconference. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve payroll as follows:

Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
