OFFICIAL MINUTES
January 13, 2010, 6th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:30 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss, and Danny Strahan present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
TOURISM COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT
Bob Paulson, Donna Neeley, Rick Findley and the Commission discussed the budget that
was presented to the Clerk for the Commission for TCED for 12 months beginning
1/1/10. The Commission instructed Bob to research what action if any is needed and by
whom and report back in writing to the Commission.
CID ORDINANCE & BUDGET
Commissioner Strafuss moved to table considering the ordinance to add property to, and
remove property from the Branson Creek Improvement District until 11:00 AM today.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
STAFF DEPARTMENTAL MEETING - IDA
Joan Chowning and Ron Houseman gave an IDA update to the Commission.
CID ORDINANCE & BUDGET
11:13 AM
Commissioner Strafuss moved to accept and approve the ordinance to add property to,
and remove property from the Branson Creek Improvement District. Commissioner
Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and
Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
