THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:45AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss, and Danny Strahan present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
Commissioner Strahan moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo.
610.021.3. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call
vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).

Commissioner Strafuss moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Pennel

Commissioner Strafuss moved to table the executive session until 10:30 AM today.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel

ROAD & BRIDGE – BUDGET 2010
Frank Preston read a statement about the need to cut the budget and presented a list of
items worked upon. The Commission discussed the list.
