OFFICIAL MINUTES
December 8, 2009, 32nd DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerk’s office at 9:05AM with, Chuck
Pennel, and Jim Strafuss on teleconference and Danny Strahan absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
NUISANCE CASE # 08-0037
The Commission brought up the tabled session on nuisance cases from the 12/7/09
meeting. The case considered is #08-0037 – Edwin Mathis, 150 Quincy, Kirbyville Mo.
Commissioner Pennel moved to contact the Health Department and have them certify the
case and then turn the case over to the prosecuting attorney. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (absent), and
Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commission Pennel declared a recess.
