OFFICIAL MINUTES
November 25, 2009, 27th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:45 AM
with, Chuck Pennel present, and Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss on teleconference. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
AGENDA APPROVAL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Monday morning’s agenda as presented.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
RECESS

RECONVENED
8:55 AM
The Commission reconvened in the Commissioner’s Conference room at 8:55 AM with
Chuck Pennel present and Jim Strafuss on teleconference and Danny Strahan absent.
Commissioner Pennel moved to add James Strahan to Monday’s agenda for MAC update
and also add Coon Creek Update. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (absent), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.

RECONVENED
4:20 PM
The Commission reconvened in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 4:20 PM with
Commission Pennel present and Commissioner Strahan on teleconference and
Commissioner Strafuss absent.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve change order No. 2 on Coon Creek project with
Tom Boyce Excavating for BB Highway of $8,600.00 and Highway 76 of $3,580.70.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent). $12,180.70 is the total amount of this change order.
