CONCERNING USE OF INFORMATION

It is a violation of the Missouri Campaign Finance Disclosure Law to utilize reports or
statements or any information from those reports or statements for any commercial use other
than public news reporting. Any person who receives a copy of a report or statement or who is
permitted to inspect or make a copy of a report or statement or a record of a report or statement,
must sign the statement below. (130 RSMo)
STATEMENT:
I state that I have read the above notice and that I will not utilize the reports or statements
inspected or copied, or any information from those reports or statements, for any commercial use
whatsoever other than for public news reporting and will not transfer the information obtained to
any other person for such purposes.
