OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 30, 2009, 15th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:30 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. Also present were Bob Paulson,
County Counselor and Jim Yust, Deputy Clerk. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
AGENDA REVIEW
The Commission reviewed Monday’s agenda.
Commissioner Strafuss moved that we accept the Monday morning agenda as presented.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTION
Commissioner Pennel moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo. 610.021.3.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel
(aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Pennel moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
and Strafuss (aye).

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
