OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 28, 2009, 14th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Office at 9:00 AM with Chuck
Pennel and Jim Strafuss on teleconference and Danny Strahan absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve payroll as follows:

Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Strafuss (aye)
and Pennel (aye) and Strahan (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
