OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 21, 2009, 10th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:10 AM with,
Chuck Pennel on teleconference, Danny Strahan absent and Jim Strafuss present. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
CHOPPER CHARTER RELEASE AGREEMENT
Commissioner Strafuss moved to accept the Chopper Charter Release Agreement as
presented and as reviewed by Bob Paulson, County Counselor. Commissioner Pennel
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Strafuss (aye) and Pennel (aye) and
Strahan (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
