OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 6, 2009, 2nd DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:30 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
GEP, Inc. owners of Branson Creek Development are planning to extend the CID from
650 acres of land to all 3200 acres of the first phase. The group reviewed the steps in the
process and presented an overview of what parcels would be added and what parcels
would be removed.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.

JOE BLACKERBY – HAUNTED HOUSE BENEFIT
Joe Blackerby requested to use the old cleaned out P&Z and Sewer area for a haunted
house benefit for employees that have experienced illness recently. The Commission
discussed the pros and cons and asked for additional information before making a
decision.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
