OFFICIAL MINUTES
September 11, 2009, 31ST DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:30 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, and Jim Strafuss present and Danny Strahan absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
AGENDA REVIEW
The Commission reviewed the agenda items proposed for next Monday.
Commissioner Strafuss moved that the Commission accept the agenda for Monday
morning as presented. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (absent).
Bob Paulson said he may need to apply to the Eastern District Federal Court and will find
out the estimated cost to be admitted.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
