OFFICIAL MINUTES
August 28, 2009, 24th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:35 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
Also present, Bob Paulson county counselor, and Donna Neeley County Clerk.
Chuck Pennel called the meeting to order.
AGENDA REVIEW
The Commission discussed putting the following items on the agenda including Sick
Leave, Bradleyville trustee, Frank will provide a list of Roads for Wednesdays Agenda.
MISSION ROAD
Danny Strahan made a motion to approve signing and sending a letter to the Corp of
Engineers allowing access to the lake at all lake levels on Mission Road. Jim Strafuss
seconded the motion. Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye), Strahan (aye).
ADMINISTRATIVE AND DEPARTMENTAL ISSUES
The Commission discussed dates for the fall clean up. No date was set.
RECESSED
