OFFICIAL MINUTES

August 13, 2009 18th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:48 AM with,
Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present and Danny Strahan absent. Rick Findley, Bob
Paulson and Jim Yust were also present. The following proceedings were had and made a
matter of record:

SHARED LEAVE PROGRAM – SICK TIME

Danny joined the meeting at 8:51 AM.

Chuck Pennel presented a proposed plan for sharing sick time and the Commission
discussed the proposed plan.

The Commission agreed to table the discussion as Regular BOE meeting is ready to start.

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.

9:22 AM
