OFFICIAL MINUTES
July 23, 2009 9th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 3:58 PM with,
Chuck Pennel, and Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The meeting was
called on an emergency basis in order to process an accounts payable check that was due
for payment. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
BRANSON ROCK PAYMENT
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve payment of the Branson Rock invoice in the
amount of $7,388.20. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
