OFFICIAL MINUTES
July 16, 2009 7th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 3:45 PM with
Commissioners Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. Jim Yust, David
Oliphant and Frank Preston were also present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
ROAD STANDARDS
Frank Preston presented the revised road standards for the Commission’s review.
David Oliphant left the meeting at 3:50 PM.
Commissioner Strafuss moved that we accept the Road Standards 2009 ver. 1.0 subject to
any future amendments as approved by The Commission, taking effect immediately.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: in favor Pennel
(aye), Strafuss (aye), and Strahan (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
