OFFICIAL MINUTES
July 10, 2009 4TH DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:34 AM with
Commissioners Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. Bob Paulson
and Jim Yust were also present. The following proceedings were had and made a matter
of record:
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go back into the executive session tabled from 7/9/09
pursuant to RSMo. Section 610.021.(1)(2)(3). Commissioner Strahan seconded the
motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss
(aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
8:39 AM

Bob Paulson left the meeting at 8:42 AM.
Commissioner Pennel moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and
Strafuss (aye).

8:50 AM
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
