OFFICIAL MINUTES

July 01, 2009 43rd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Office at 7:55 AM on an
Emergency Basis with Chuck Pennel, and Jim Strafuss present by teleconference. Danny
Strahan was not present. Also present was Nikki Lawrence. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record:

The meeting was called to order under administrative on an emergency basis because the
Bond needed to be filed with legal papers by the County Counselor today.

Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve a $1,000 bond to be filed with Bob Paulson’s
legal papers. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote
Pennel (aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
