OFFICIAL MINUTES
June 30, 2009 42nd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 2:15 PM on an
Emergency Basis with Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss, and Danny Strahan present. Also
present was Jim Yust. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
The meeting was called to order under administrative on an emergency basis because the
payment needed to be postmarked by 6/30/09 as requested by the Auditor’s office.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve check # 315001 from General County Revenue
and # 4776 from the Sewer Department to Corporate Payment Systems for the US Bank
credit card statement in the amounts of $24,523.51 and $924.87. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss
(aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
