OFFICIAL MINUTES
June 23, 2009 39th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 2:30 PM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. Also present were Dixie
Wagner, Rick Findley, Jim Yust, and Bob Paulson and Tim Connell of Connell Insurance
and Dennis Molenaar ESQ VP Risk Control from One Beacon Insurance. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
The Commission discussed loss control with Dennis Molenaar from One Beacon
Insurance.
Dixie Wagner, Rick Findley, Tim Connell and Dennis Molenaar left the meeting at 3:00
PM.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo.
610.021.2. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call
vote Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).

Commissioner Strafuss moved to table the Executive Session until 3:00 PM on Thursday
6/24/09. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote
Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
