OFFICIAL MINUTES
May 27, 2009 27th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel and Danny Strahan present. Jim Strafuss was present through a conference
call. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
EDDIE WOLFE - BEE CREEK PROJECT
Eddie Wolfe wants additional Division 2 Permits to increase the number of buildings
from 11 to 14. The number of units does not increase, but remains 224. Planning &
Zoning already approved permits for 11 buildings. Eddie Coxie, of Planning & Zoning,
was also present for the discussion. All parties agreed to handle this at a specially called
meeting of the Board of Adjustments.
Jim Strafuss disconnected from the conference call after this discussion.
COURTROOM #4 CHANGE ORDER
Commissioner Pennel made a motion to approve the Courtroom #4 Change Order. This
motion did not get a second. Commissioner Strahan made a motion to table this until a
later date. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion to table. This motion passed by
vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Payroll as follows:

Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
