THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
County Commissioners Danny Strahan and Chuck Pennel (Chuck Pennel being present
via telephone conference) met in the Commissioners Conference Room at 9:00 AM. Jim
Strafuss was absent. Also present were Cindy Hemenway and Joanna Jasper. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the following payroll for May 15, 2009 payday:

RB: 105733 - 105753

Manual Warrants: 5022 - 5023
Accounts Payable: 310008 - 310024
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye) and
Strahan (aye), with Jim Strafuss being absent.
