OFFICIAL MINUTES
May 1, 2009 15th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioners Conference Room at 9:05 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
Also present were Bob Paulson, and Jim Yust.
Commissioner Pennel moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo. 610.021.
(1) and (3). Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call
vote Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Strafuss moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Pennel
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and
Strafuss (aye).

The County Commission reconvened in the Commissioners Conference Room at 11:57
AM with Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. Also present were Bob
Paulson and Jim Yust.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go back into Executive Session from the tabled session
earlier in the morning pursuant to RSMo. 610.021(.1) & (.3). Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
and Strafuss (aye).

Commissioner Strafuss moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
and Strafuss (aye).

RECONVENED
1:27 PM
The County Commission reconvened in the Commissioners Conference Room at 1:27
PM with Chuck Pennel, and Jim Strafuss present. Danny Strahan was present by
teleconference. Additional people present were Rick Findley (County Auditor) and Jim
Yust (Deputy Clerk).
Rick Findley discussed several items with the Commission including mileage versus a
vehicle that would get great mileage, CERF reporting transfer from Dawn to the County
Clerk.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go back into Executive Session from the tabled session
earlier in the morning pursuant to RSMo. 610.021(.1) & (.3). Commissioner Pennel
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan
(abstained due to not being physically present), and Strafuss (aye).
