OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 21, 2009 10th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerkâs Office at 3:45 PM with Chuck
Pennel present, and Jim Strafuss present via teleconference. Danny Strahan was absent.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
Also present were Rick Findley and Jim Yust
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve the application for the emergency shelter grant
and designate Joan Chowning as point person for the grant. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye), and
Strahan (absent).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
