OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 7, 2009 2nd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission held an emergency meeting in the County Clerk’s Office at
2:21 PM with Chuck Pennel present and Jim Strafuss on Teleconference. Commissioner
Strahan was not present. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of
record.
This emergency meeting was called because the original request for the bill to be paid
was sent via email to the auditor’s office. The email was not received and the bill was
unknown until the account went delinquent and payment was demanded by the vendor
before any fuel could be delivered. The Bill is from Conoco-Phillips for aviation fuel at
the airport in the amount of $21,757.05.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve the following accounts payable to Conoco-
Phillips:
Warrant: 5000
Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. . The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
and Strafuss (aye); Commissioner Strahan was not present.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
