OFFICIAL MINUTES
APRIL 3, 2009, 43rd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:30 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record. Visitors: Bob Paulson
AGENDA REVIEW
The commission reviewed the agenda and made no changes.
At 8:45AM Commissioner Strafuss made a motion to go into Executive Session for
Personnel & Litigation issues pursuant to 610.021.(1), & (3). Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. Motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye), and
Strahan (aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Pennel made a motion to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner
Strahan seconded the motion. Motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss
(aye), and Strahan (aye).

RECONVENED
9:28 AM
Presiding Commissioner Pennel called the meeting back to order at 9:28 A.M in the
Commissioner’s Conference Room with the following members present Chuck Pennel,
Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss. Bob Paulson was also present.
ROAD VACATION
The Commission discussed road vacation issues.
