OFFICIAL MINUTES
MARCH 12, 2009, 35th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioners Conference Room at 8:17 a.m. with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan, and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go to into executive session pursuant to RSMo
610.021.1. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call
vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
There were no motions voted on in this session.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go out of Executive Session. Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. . The motion passed by roll call vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
and Strafuss (aye).
OUT OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.

Commissioner Pennel moved to approve an overflow PO BOX @ $72.00 per year.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.

RECONVENED

HPL CONTRACT EXTENSION
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve a contract extension from 3/15/2009 until
6/15/09 for HPL for inmate health care. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion.
The motion passed vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
