OFFICIAL MINUTES
MARCH 4, 2009, 31st DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioners Conference Room at 9:00 a.m. with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll as follows:
Payroll Date: March 6, 2008
GCR: 105505 – 105524
RB: 105478 – 105498
AF: 105499 – 105500
TS: 105501 – 105503
911: 105504
Manual Warrants: 4978 – 4979
Accounts Payable: 308724 – 308740
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
Jim Strafuss joined us via teleconference at 9:04 AM.
Josh Smith presented a problem with a road off of Bee Creek Lane between Bent Oak
and North Street that has had a fence built across it by a property owner.
The Commission asked Josh Smith to bring them a judgment that shows it is a public
road and the Commission would then consider taking action.
Commission Strafuss left the teleconference at 9:36 AM

MINUTES APPROVAL – EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
Commissioner Strahan moved to table the approval of the executive minutes. Died for
lack of a second.
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve 2/26 executive session minutes. Commissioner
Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
and Strafuss (absent).
Commissioner Strafuss joined the meeting physically at 10:02 AM.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go to into executive session pursuant to RSMo
610.021.17. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call
vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
