OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 12, 2009, 21st DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Hearing Room at 11:16 AM
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, and Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss
absent, and the following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
Commissioner Strahan moved to table the Alltel Contract Review until 8:20 AM on
2/13/09. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(aye), and Strahan (aye). Commissioner Strafuss (absent).
Presiding commissioner Pennel declared recess.
The minutes were taken and typed by Jim Yust, Deputy Clerk.
