OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 20, 2009 26th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerks Conference Room at 3:00p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present, (Danny Strahan was
absent), and the following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
ALLTEL CONTRACT
The Commissioners called an emergency meeting to discuss approving a contract with
Alltel that was terminating. Jim Strafuss made a motion to modify the existing Alltel
contract to include Blackberry phones and additional services at a monthly cost of
$2,176.99 per month. Chuck Pennel seconded the motion. Motion passed by vote:
Pennel (yes), Strafuss (yes), and Strahan (absent).
