OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 19, 2009 25nd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Hawthorn Bank Conference Room at 1:00p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present, (Danny Strahan was
absent), and the following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
NACO Update
The Commission attended a meeting and listened to a NACO Update. There were no
motions or Actions.
RECESSED AT 1:45
RECONVENED AT 2:30
The County Commission reconvened at the Hollister Town Hall for an update on several
projects including the Taneycomo Bridge, East/West Corridor Fact sheet and other road
projects in various political subdivisions in the county. Chuck Pennel, and Jim Strafuss
present, Danny Strahan was absent.

RECONVENED AT 3:50
EXECUTIVE SESSION – IDA PERSONNEL PURSUANT TO 610.021.3
The County Commission met in the Hollister Town Hall conference room. Chuck Pennel
made a motion to go into Executive Session for Personnel Issues. Jim Strafuss seconded
the motion. Motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Strafuss (yes), and Strahan (absent).
There were no motions made.
Jim Strafuss made a motion to go out of Executive Session, Chuck Pennel seconded the
motion. Motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Strafuss (yes), and Strahan (absent).
