OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 18, 2009, 24TH DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerk’s conference room at 9:00 a.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, and Danny Strahan Eastern District
Commissioner present via teleconference. Jim Strafuss, Western District was absent. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the following payroll warrants:

Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Commissioner
Strafuss (absent), Commissioner Pennel (aye), and Commissioner Strahan (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
