The Taney County Commission has recently formed a Transportation Advisory Board, consisting of seven (7) districts. The intent of this board is to provide a comprehensive transportation plan for the entire county.

To obtain a greater understanding of what the needs truly are, the board is requesting citizens to provide input for such things as:

Safety concerns
Areas of congestion
Blind Intersections
Possible/Future Improvements

The Transportation Advisory Board regularly meets on the 4th Thursday of every month from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the Commission Hearing Room.
