The Human Resources Department goal is to serve all County Offices
and Departments and employees of Taney County as well as to serve
the County. Under the direction of the Taney County Commission,
Human Resources is responsible for employee benefits, Worker's
Compensation, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, COBRA, etc. Policies and Procedures
are established through Human Resources as well.
