Service Fee Schedule
 
All summons including dissolution's, garnishments, etc... are $40.00 per each item to be served plus mileage (i.e., service to 2 individuals at the same address is $80.00 plus mileage one time. To have two people served at the same address in Branson the cost is $80.00 plus the $19.00 mileage for a total cost of $99.00). Service of a subpoena is $30.00 plus mileage.

Copies of Incident Reports may be requested in person, by mail, email or calling the records office. To assist us in processing your request, please include as much information as possible - report number, address where the incident occurred, involved subjects name(s) and any relevant information available. The cost for an Incident Report is $4.00. Reports are processed and redacted in accordance with RSMo 610. For other records request the fees will be determined by the requested information. Some records may not be available for immediate release.
